Corning® Advanced-Flow™
CiTOS: The University of Liège in Belgium recently established a Corning Incorporated Corning® Advanced-Flow™ reactor (AFR) qualified lab at its Center for Integrated Technology and Organic Synthesis (CiTOS). Using AFR technology, the lab provides customers with continuous-flow demonstrations, experimental trials, feasibility testing, and chemical reaction process development.
S
ince its creation in 2013, CiTOS has facilitated the development of a large international network both with academic and Industrial partners. CiTOS owns a unique palette of flow chemistry equipment, and has been supporting the implementation of continuous flow technologies both at the academic and industrial level. CiTOS is organized as a hybrid platform that is committed to helping industrial customers transition from batch to flow processing and to design scalable, continuous-flow processes as well as promoting flow-chemistry education in academia. CiTOS is also licensed for the manufacturing of Schedule I-V substances (narcotics).
